Shipping
All orders are carefully packed to ensure that your item arrives safely.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the courier service.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply for international shipments.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with European consumer protection regulations.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

The security tag attached to the bag must not be removed.

The item must be returned with all original packaging, dust bags, and accompanying materials, if provided.

The return form included in the package must be completed and returned together with the item.
If the security tag has been removed, the return will not be accepted.
Defective Items
All items are carefully inspected before shipment and any signs of wear are clearly described in the product listing.
Because our products are pre-owned vintage items, minor signs of wear consistent with age are normal and not considered defects.
We do not accept claims for defects after one month of use, as wear caused after purchase cannot be verified.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side.
