Jouets Vintage specializes in pre-owned and vintage luxury handbags.
Because our items are pre-owned, they may show signs of wear consistent with age and previous use. Any visible imperfections or signs of wear are described in the product listing and/or shown in the product images.
By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge that vintage items are not brand new and may include minor signs of use.

Authenticity is extremely important to us.

Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Jouets Vintage reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases including but not limited to:

If an order is cancelled, the customer will receive a full refund.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping times may vary depending on destination and courier services.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international orders.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

the security tag attached to the bag has not been removed

all original packaging and materials are included

the return form included in the package is returned with the item
If the security tag has been removed, the return will not be accepted.
Because our products are pre-owned vintage items, minor signs of wear are not considered defects.
We do not accept claims for defects after one month of use.
